Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds may be issued for fees paid to WampUp.io ("WampUp", "we", "us") for the WampUp service (the "Service"). It supplements, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.
1. General Policy: No Refunds
All sales are final. Subscription fees and other charges paid to WampUp are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current or any prior billing period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service until that period ends and are not charged for subsequent periods.
You do not need to contact support to cancel.
3. Statutory Consumer Rights (Israel)
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or waives any statutory right that you may have as a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("חוק הגנת הצרכן"), including any applicable cooling-off right for distance-marketing transactions. To exercise such a right, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
If you are a "consumer" within the meaning of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and have a statutory right to cancel a transaction and receive a refund, that right applies to you in addition to (and not in limitation of) the other terms of this policy.
4. Service-Failure Exception
If a continuous, material outage of the core warming functionality of the Service exceeds seventy-two (72) consecutive hours and is caused by a fault attributable to WampUp (and not to any third-party provider, your account, your network, or events outside our reasonable control), you may request a pro-rated credit toward your next billing period for the duration of the outage. Issuance of such a credit is at WampUp's reasonable discretion and is the sole remedy for any such outage.
For clarity, the following are NOT considered service failures and do NOT give rise to a refund or credit: (a) suspensions, restrictions, bans, or other enforcement actions taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or any of their affiliates against your number or account; (b) outages, throttling, or degradations of any third-party API, gateway, proxy, hosting provider, AI provider, or email provider on which the Service depends; (c) reduced messaging effectiveness or worsened delivery rates; (d) issues caused by your own configuration, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service; (e) scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit under this policy, send an email to admin@wampup.io from the email address associated with your WampUp account. Include: (a) the date and amount of the charge, (b) a description of the issue and the dates affected, and (c) any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, timestamps).
We may request additional information to evaluate your request.
6. Processing Time
We will acknowledge refund requests within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval and are credited to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and is outside our control.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment-card dispute without first contacting us in good faith and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly without involving the payment network.
